Apexindo Provided Clean Water Sources to Muara Kembang Subdistrict

As a form of the Company's commitment in supporting the development of a decent living environment for the community, Apexindo provided clean water sources for the community of Muara Kembang Subdistrict, Muara Jawa District, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. The Company's clean water sources are estimated able to cover around 150 families, whereas the previous water source could only reach 50 families.

Apexindo Provides Clean Water Supply to Baiturrahman Great Mosque in Suligi

In order to realise the Company’s support for a liveable community, Apexindo helps to provide a clean water supply for the Baiturrahman Great Mosque, which is located in Suligi, Pendalian IV Koto Subdistrict, Riau Province. This clean water supply is provided by Apexindo to support the village’s religious prayer, especially in the Baiturrahman Great Mosque.

Apexindo Provides Solar Power Plant to SDN 001 Pendalian IV Koto

As part of the Company's commitment to supporting education, and helping to create affordable and clean energy, Apexindo provided a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) to SDN 001 Pendalian IV Koto, located in Riau Province. Through this action, the Company also increased the school's power from 900 VA to 2,200 VA. Thanks to this assistance, the school can carry out teaching and learning activities smoothly without any power shortages while also saving on energy usage.

Apexindo Held City Clean Up in Jakarta and Balikpapan

Apexindo held a City Clean Up event in the Jakarta Car Free Day area and also at Le Grandeur Beach in Balikpapan City in collaboration with local non-profit organizations (NGOs). The event was attended by employees as part of the company's 41st anniversary celebrations. During the event, Apexindo also made a donation to support the operational activities of one of the NGOs collaborating with the company in this initiative.

Apexindo bags another drilling gig with Pertamina
Indonesian drilling contractor Apexindo has won a contract for one of its offshore drilling rigs from state-owned giant Pertamina.
The contract, worth $13.6m, was signed on Monday, October 20. And is set to last seven months.
According to a company’s stock exchange filing, the contract will positively impact the company’s rig utilization rate and operating income.
The drilling work will be conducted in the Mahakam Delta region of East Kalimantan. The rig name was left undisclosed.
The driller won work from Pertamina in the same region in March this year when the Tasha jackup was hired under a $120m, three-and-a-half-year deal.
A month before that, Pertamina hired an Apexindo rig for three months under a $4.8m deal, also in the same region.
This is the second contract awarded to Apexindo by Pertamina in as many months. The company won a three-month, $4.8m deal in late February for work in the same region.

Bos Migas Ungkap Efek Gejolak Harga ke Bisnis Pengeboran Minyak
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia- Direktur Apexindo Pratama Duta, Sofwan Farisyi mengungkapkan sejumlah tantangan industri sektor migas Tanah Air termasuk jasa pengeboran migas menghadapi gejolak gejolak harga minyak mentah dunia.
Saat ini tingginya biaya produksi pengeboran migas semakin meningkat yang juga sejalan dengan terus turunnya produksi migas RI akibat natural declining atau penurunan produksi dari sumur-sumur migas tua RI membuat keekonomian bisnis sektor migas ikut tergerus.
Selain itu lapangan migas offshore atau laut dalam membuat biaya lifting gas semakin tinggi sehingga pergerakan harga minyak mentah akan sangat mempengaruhi keekonomiannya.
Namun saat harga minyak dunia di kisaran USD60-65 per barel seperti saat ini maka bisnis migas masih cukup aman dan menguntungkan, oleh karena itu APEX optimistis target 2025 dapat tercapai.
Diharapkan upaya pemerintah RI yang mendorong eksplorasi migas dan meningkatkan produksi menjadi peluang bagi industri migas untuk berekspansi di Indonesia. Di sisi lain APEX juga melihat potensi jasa pengeboran migas di Nigeria yang memiliki keekonomian yang
cukup baik.

Apexindo (APEX) Kantongi Kontrak USD7,4 Juta dari Pertamina, Telisik Detailnya
Warta Ekonomi, Jakarta - PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX) berhasil mengamankan proyek pengeboran laut dari PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM). Kesepakatan kerja sama ini diumumkan secara resmi pada Rabu, 25 Juni 2025.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi, Sekretaris Perusahaan APEX, Frieda Salvantina, menyampaikan bahwa proyek tersebut akan berlangsung di wilayah Delta Mahakam, Kalimantan Timur.
“Perseroan telah mendapatkan kontrak dari PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) untuk pekerjaan pengeboran laut di wilayah Delta Mahakam, Kalimantan Timur,” ujar Frieda.
Proyek pengeboran ini diproyeksikan berjalan selama tiga bulan dengan estimasi nilai kontrak mencapai USD7,4 juta. Durasi yang cukup singkat namun bernilai besar ini diharapkan memberi dampak signifikan terhadap performa perusahaan.
Frieda menegaskan bahwa penandatanganan kontrak dengan PHM membawa pengaruh positif, terutama dalam meningkatkan utilisasi rig milik perusahaan serta menambah pundi-pundi pendapatan operasional.
“Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut berdampak positif terhadap tingkat utilisasi rig dan pendapatan operasional Perseroan,” katanya.
Sebagai informasi, PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam sektor energi, khususnya dalam penyediaan jasa pengeboran minyak, gas dan panas bumi, baik di darat maupun lepas pantai.

Jangan Kaget, Saham Migas Ini Diam-diam Bisa Meledak
Saham minyak dan gas (migas) dan yang terkait sektor ini memanas, setelah perang Iran-Israel, ditambah rencana Amerika Serikat (AS) menyerang Iran. Saham PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX) turut menggeliat dan masih jauh dari harga wajar.
APEX merupakan satu-satunya perusahaan Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang pengeboran lepas pantai dan pengeboran darat untuk industri minyak, gas, panas bumi dan coal bed methane. Dengan armada yang terdiri atas empat rig lepas pantai, terdiri atas 1 jack up dan 3 swamp barges serta enam rig darat, Apexindo telah bekerja untuk berbagai klien, seperti Total E&P Indonesie, Chevron, Pertamina, VICO Indonesia, dan Santos.
Merujuk kinerja kuartal I-2025, laba bersih per saham (EPS) Apexindo (APEX) disetahunkan mencapai Rp 8,11, dengan nilai buku per saham Rp 307. Dengan demikian, PER saham APEX 13 kali, sedangkan PBV sangat rendah, hanya 0,34 kali.
Analis Teknikal dan Harga Wajar
Sementara itu, secara teknikal, Phintraco Sekuritas mencatat, koreksi terbatas saham Apexindo (APEX) terjadi di area MA20 98, sehingga menjaga peluang bullish reversal. Jika saham ini mampu breakout dari Rp 110, ini berarti konfirmasi bullish reversal.
”Pertimbangkan untuk tidak agresif, karena saham APEX tergolong hanya ramai pada momen tertentu,” tulis Phintraco, yang dikutip pada Kamis (19/6/2025).
Rekomendasinya, masuk saham APEX di Rp 99-101, dengan target harga 1 di Rp 107-110, target harga 2 di Rp 115, dan target harga 3 di Rp 123. Stop loss jika harga ambruk ke Rp 98. Phintraco lantas membandingkan saham APEX dengan perusahaan yang terkait dengan sektor migas. Tujuannya untuk mendapatkan harga wajar saham ini. Hasilnya, dengan menggunakan metode relative valuation dan pendekatan PER, Phintraco memperkirakan harga wajar saham APEX Rp 131, mencerminkan lonjakan 20,2% dari harga saat riset ditulis Rp 109.

Apexindo (APEX) per 31 Maret 2025 mengemas laba bersih USD437,45 ribu. Melorot 74,7 persen dari episode sama tahun sebelumnya USD1,7 juta. Dengan Hasil itu, laba per saham dasari melorot ke posisi USD0,0001 dari sebelumnya USD0,0006.
Pendapatan USD22,87 juta, susut 3,82 persen dari periode sama tahun lalu USD23,78 juta. Beban langsung tercatat USD15,81 juta, berkurang dari posisi sama tahun sebelumnya USD16,47 juta. Laba kotor terkumpul USD7,06 juta, mengalami perosotan dari episode sama tahun sebelumnya USD7,3 juta.
Beban usaha USD3,66 juta, berkurang dari sebelumnya USD3,68 juta. Beban keuangan USD1,16 juta, bengkak dari USD1,07 juta. Rugi selisih kurs USD348,97 ribu, bengkak dari USD234,78 ribu. Kerugian penjualan aset USD7,12 ribu dari nihil. Pendapatan bunga USD41,81 ribu, melejit dari USD14,91 ribu.
Lain-lain USD37,54 ribu, menukik dari USD85,45 ribu. Laba sebelum pajak USD1,87 juta, mengalami penyusutan dari edisi sama tahun lalu USD2,24 juta. Beban pajak penghasilan USD1,43 juta, bengkak dari USD538,57 ribu. Laba bersih periode berjalan USD437,45 ribu, drop dari USD1,7 juta.
Total ekuitas USD65,87 juta, naik tipis dari akhir tahun lalu USD65,35 juta. Defisit USD151,03 juta, menciut dari akhir 2024 sebesar USD151,46 juta. Jumlah liabilitas USD177,6 juta, berkurang dari tahun lalu USD185,64 juta. Total aset USD243,48 juta, melorot dari akhir 2024 senilai USD250,99 juta.
