60s RUSSELL STUART BLACK FRINGED TASSLE COCKTAIL WIGGLE DRESS - XS SpringAbsolutely the chicest and most fun cocktail piece the classic fringed lbd. This one by Russell Stuart, London. Beautifully fitted with a high rounded neck and sleeveless fit with slight cap effect to the shoulder. Elegant nipped in waist and and pencil skirt with small pleat to the back. Back metal zipper to fasten. Fabric is a fairly weighty synthetic crepe with heavy looped fringing. SIZE The dress is labeled a size 38 but fits approx like a XS.

Waist: 25" (but fabric is quite thick

Delicate 40s super fine semi-sheer cotton blouse in a pale yellow contrasted with soft cream
