Then chicken and coffee beans are added the spirit is rested for 2 weeks before third and final distillation. From Oaxaca, Mexico Tasting notes An earthy, bitter, coffee nose gives way to bitter cocoa, coffee, and slightly vegetal flavours, finishing with smooth coffee and agave sweetness.
