Forty Creek Confederation Oak Producer_Casella Wines and woody vanillaA celebration of both Canada's 1867 Confederation, and Canadian innovation, this whisky is aged for a minimum of four years in vintage bourbon barrels then finished for up to two years in custom made Canadian white oak barrels. Full bodied with flavours of vanilla, butter cream, and pepper spice with subtle hints of oak, walnut, and smoke.
