"Jan Asselyn" by Rembrandt Van Rijn, Dutch, (1606-1669) FrescoEtching with Drypoint, 1630's?, final state, B. 277, 7 3 8 x 6 5 8, signed in the plate lower right, trimmed just within the plate mark, a diagonal line in the paper at lower left extending from the open book on the table up into the background, a sight stain at the left edge, traces of burr still visible in the hat and on the cloak.
