The silhouette of the leg was inspired by pieces crafted by Thomas Chippendale. The horizontal chiseled texture pays homage to a desk that was designed by David Roentgen. The bases are made of iron and are available in a nickel plated finish and a gold leaf finish. The gold leaf versions pair with white marble tops and the nickel plated versions feature flamed black
