Matured in new American oak hand toasted barrels for 5 years. Nose Sweet oak and tannin, swiftly overtaken by the richness of burnt brown sugar. Palate Deep caramel, as luscious and thick as maple, accompanied by a distinct maple essence. Chewy chocolate eclairs add a layer of complexity, culminating in a finish that leaves a lingering hint of dark fruits and milk chocolate.
