Underneath all the tarnish, this is a lovely oval bowl. It is made by International Silver and is the Chippendale design. I couldn't verify the date, but I believe it is from the 1970s. It is marked on the bottom with Chippendale International Silver Made in England. It measures 12" x 7" and stands 1" high. Take a look at the pictures for the best description.
