The spoon is stamped and although the first stamp is illegible the rest is Z LVERSTAD 90

manufactured under the South African Regent Brand as part of their Jazz series

cream and yellow in limited quantities before being discontinued

The name Altrohlau came from the Austrian town which was located in present day Stara Role near Karlovy Vary in Czechoslovakia. In 1823 the firm was acquired by August Novotny & Co and after 1836 the factory began to manufacture porcelain. In 1884 the company was sold to Moritz Zdekauer from Prague.
