Pyren, Earthscape Pyrenees Shiraz 2021 Domaine KientzlerCherry plum flavours with smoked cedar and mint top notes, but as it breathes it gets meatier, juicier and more complex, with roasted nut and woodsy spice notes in the mix too. Its in a good place now, but its on its way to somewhere better.
