Finca La Bendición • Nicaragua Amount:12oz Jessica Easto explains how ourThis is our fifth year purchasing coffee from Luis Alberto Balladarez, via our friends at The Coffee Quest Importers. This coffee comes from Finca La Bendicin in the Dipilto Jalapa mountain range of Nueva Segovia in northern Nicaragua (where Luis has multiple farms). True to the farms translation, La Bendicin (a blessing) is a textbook example of phenomenal terroir for coffee cultivation: loose sandy soil with abundant humus (a rich organic material),
