Matané - 2023 Negroamaro Variety_Condiments This Dolcetto d'Alba is produced100% Negroamaro here, from vineyards close to the heel of Salento. Grown on clay it is a extracted softly to allow for a lighter juicy example of the variety. Cherries anise and the perfect amount of tannin. If theres a better BBQ wine we haven't seen it yet!
