Pierrick Bouley Vintage:2021 with wonderfully pure damson plumThis is aromatically similar to the straight Volnay villages if just a bit more complex. On the palate there is a bit more volume and density with a silky texture that carries over to the firm, balanced and youthfully austere finale. Pluchots is understandably appreciated for producing refined yet ageworthy wines and this version should prove to be no exception.
