We were lucky enough to have a puncheon that was empty so a portion of this has spent some time in some used French Oak lucky us! It's produced a wine that really speaks to this variety in the hills bright and beautifully primary fruited. Lovely earthy, porcini mushroom aromatics, backed up by bright raspberry and blackberry bramble, with a beautiful Chinese five spice
