Bedoba, Saperavi book 4 Fresh Limes – ForA Georgian red from the country's signature Saperavi grape, grown in the historic Kakheti region on thirty year old, largely organic vines. Mostly fermented in stainless steel, with a little in traditional clay qvevri, then aged across steel, large wooden vats and older American oak.
