The pendant is solid sterling silver and measures 1 inch. The lapis lazuli is 6mm. The meaning behind the spiral designs so often found in ancient sites is unknown, but I always think if it as an eternity symbol representing life's journey. I use the traditional Japanese technique of mitsuro hikime to create the
